Refund Policy

At Dawson’s World Food Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns for most non-perishable and packaged goods within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are:
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)

Please note, we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email dawsonswfm@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you’d like to return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please contact your bank or card provider first — processing times can vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
