Directions
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water is clear. 2. Put rice and water in a saucepan in a ratio of 1:1.5 (1 cup rice per 1.5 cups of water). 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. 4. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. 5. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. 6. Fluff with a fork before serving.
