What:

4 oz fruit jam

1.5 oz water

16 oz ice

How:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Add fructose or frozen fruit pieces if desired.
3. Blend well and enjoy.

4 oz milk (your choice of milk or alternative milk, whole milk recommended)
